What We Do

Counselling & Cognative Behavioural Therapy

Counselling
Counselling offers you the opportunity to talk to someone in a safe environment and have time and space to focus on the issues in your life you want to deal with. It can enable you to gain insight and perspective on aspects in your life that you might want to change, learn to adapt to or accept. Counselling can allow you to move on in your life, let go of things that trouble you and enable you to realise your potential in ways that are important to you.
Psychotherapy tends to be longer term and, in addition to the above, allows you to come to a fuller understanding of your abilities, difficulties, motivations or worries together with the therapist.

Cognative Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective talking therapy that uses various techniques to help you change negative ways of thinking and behaving. CBT is very effective at treating a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, social phobia, OCD, panic attacks, excessive worry, trauma, anger and phobias.
